Ingredients Per 2 Cups
Tulsi (Holy Basil): Fresh or dried leaves (Rama, Vana, or Krishna variants)
Spices & Herbs: Ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves.
Optional Enhancements: Lemon juice, honey, or jaggery for taste
How to use
Boil Water: Heat 1 to 2 cups of water in a small pan until it reaches a rolling boil
Add Ingredients: Add torn fresh tulsi leaves, grated ginger, and crushed peppercorns.
Simmer: Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture steep or simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
Infuse: Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid, and let it rest for 1 to 2 extra minutes
Strain and Serve: Pour the warm tea into a cup and mix in a small amount of honey or lemon if desired. Drink 1 to 2 cups daily between meals
