Ingredients Per 2 Cups
Black Tea: The traditional base, often using Indian black tea varieties.
Bergamot Oil: An essential oil from Citrus bergamia, a fragrant Mediterranean citrus fruit that gives the tea its signature citrus and floral aroma.
How to use
Water ratio: Use 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea or 1 tea bag per cup (240 ml) of water.
Water temperature: Heat fresh water to about 90–95°C (just below a rolling boil).
Steep time: Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the leaves or bag promptly to prevent bitterness.
Additions: Drink plain, or mix in a slice of lemon, honey, sugar, or a splash of milk
